  The product and customer service was fine, but I have to seriously question the way they determine their shipping method and cost. I was unable to complete the order and pay for my order on line because their system refused to give me a shipping charge and allow me to finalise the order by payment with a credit card. The reason for this was because they said the delivery address was 'OFF-SHORE'. A delivery charge had to be manually applied and I was forced to pay separately by BACS. Now the issue is .... INVERNESS is not OFF SHORE. The last time I drove home I do not recall taking a ferry !!! I think it is about time that some companies took some geography lessons and learnt a bit more about what lies north of Carlisle and the Scottish border. We here in the Highlands of Scotland are getting quite fed up with this 'second-class-citizen' treatment and it is about time we were afforded the same level of service as someone living in England. Apart from this once complaint I was reasonably happy with the service. However, because of this issue of shipping I will be inclined to look elsewhere when I need to place my next order.

  The delivery was rather disappointing with the courier seemingly splitting a consignment into 3 bits and delivering, after a raft of phone calls and subsequent investigations, over 3 days. Whilst RAJA delivered incredible customer service resolving the issues, we believe the delivery is an integral part of the RAJA service.

  I stated on my order that the delivery address to be different to billing / home address but your clever dispatch people sent the packages to my billing / home address. Now it is going to cost me more money to send packages where they are actually needed. RAJA made the same mistake on my previous order. Perhaps the online ordering system needs to improve or your people need better training to read properly.

  Raja products and services are great quality. However, ivory/cream shred much more yellow than the image. Also the packages have often got lost as they didn't have my name on the address so I put my name in capitals within the address itself.

  The company is so efficient and I rate it very highly but their delivery service with DX was diabolical, which is a shame because that reflects on the company. However, their customer service department were as shocked as I was and worked so hard to ensure my order was eventually delivered.
