  An order was placed online for an item that said it was available for a next day delivery. No goods received. Email sent chasing the delivery the day after, no response & then a phone call chasing to find out the item is not available & we have had to pay extra money for an alternative item.

  The postal boxes are good quality. However, because we are using them for packing OUR business products, I would have expected for them to have been plain boxes and not have RAJA branding printed on them. The fact that they are branded should be detailed within the description. Also, the Kraft counter gift bags which we have purchased many times before, now have printing within the side gusset, which for a gift bag you do not want.

  Boxes sent with no protective over-packaging whatsoever, therefore 25% of the boxes were damaged and unusable. I have emailed customer services and sent photos 3 times but am still waiting for someone to get get back to me a week later. Very poor customer service.

  I was treated as if I were a multinational company, I'm a private individual. Product is excellent, service is quick and efficient. The customer service is very good. As a foot note they have a phone number up front with NO WAITING FOR AN ANSWER. Other companies should take notice. 5 stars? It should be at least 8 stars.

  The little bags I order were as expected. My only complain is for such a small order is that the delivery charge is way too expensive even worse that I can't have a sample so have to commit to 250 bags. Luckily it was what I was looking for.

  The first order didnt come for days. I was told by customer services it was on it's way. No other communication from rajapak. Turns out it was damaged in transit as it is so badly sent out. Next order took two days to come, some were still damaged and one of the items was completely wrong. Wont be coming back.

  Context: I had an issue with the DX Delivery driver, who kept me waiting in my flat for three days while they drove around, incapable of using google maps to find my address. DX Delivery themselves are shockingly BAD in all facets and I went through hell with them. As soon as I spoke to Craig in Raja customer services, he went above and beyond to get the issue sorted, item delivered and the following return and replacement with a better size item that was needed. He put my mind at ease, called back to assure me on details and restored my faith completely. Raja - exceptional customer service DX Delivery - hell the first time, fine the second. Don’t ever try contacting them as they’re useless.

  Ordered some boxes and some packing to put around valuables. Only the packing was dispatched. A second e.mail confirmation did say "is now discontinued" but I did not see this until after dispatch so received some packing but no boxes to put in it! An alternative box was offered in the e.mail but it was nearly 200% more expensive! Contact should have been made prior to dispatch then I could have amended or cancelled this order. I did reply along these lines to the e.mail but haven't received a reply back or a refund as their e.mail mentioned. Disappointed and boxless.
