  What can I say about RAJA? They are amazing. We are lucky enough to have Donna and Andrei as our account managers. They are always just an email or a phone call away. They respond quickly and are always cheerful and happy to help.

  Love the products, really great quality and the prices are competetive. But I don't understand why, in 2023, you don't provide tracking information. We can call or message to get a two-hour window, so this information is available. Every single company I buy from offers this, so it feels a bit backwards that you don't. I know most customers are based in offices or warehouses with people in all day, but small business owners based at home aren't able to sit at their desk all day to avoid missing a delivery. Please consider automatically sending a tracking link or message with the time slot.

  The Brown triangular postal boxes, 60X500mm, pack of 25 were smaller than last time. More disappointingly the sticky tape that's supposed to come off is not reliable. I left the tubes packed overnight to find then unsealed and opened the next morning, which makes the whole point of these tubes pointless, as you have to tape them all around to make sure your packages won't get lost Also, I am unhappy that there isn't an option for cheaper postage, for example one that is not next-day and super expensive for those orders that are not urgent and you can save on them

  I ordered some large brown card envelopes with locking flaps and asked them to be packed properly in a box as on previous orders they were only wrapped in cling film and arrived damaged, and I had to return them for replacement. it seems my request was ignored and they were again wrapped in cling film. fortunately on this occasion they were ok. Can you please address this problem for future orders. It seems strange to me that a company that specialises in packaging can't pack things properly for their own customers.

  The Eco-Flo loose-fill bags arrived with multiple holes in the packaging, one of which had clearly lost around 15-20% of the contents within the delivery van, on route. This is mostly due to the bags themselves being insufficiently robust, but it would be worth looking at how they are being transported and/or changing the bags, for the future.

  The products are fantastic, the speed of delivery is and response to orders is excellent. However, on this occasion, a single plastic strap held the boxes (we ordered cardboard boxes) together, of the four packs three had come loose and were spread across the floor of the DX delivery van and the fourth pack the driver had walked over them to gain access to other deliveries. What was an urgent delivery was consequently rejected. This has been the first and only issue in 6 years of using Raja.

  Excellent service, next day. Very sadly the single walled box I have is ok, but very expensive in comparison to much larger singled wall boxes. Not sure if it's tooling or imports - shame. I used the box for postage, but if you're using a smaller box to palletise then that's a different story re cost - it's all relative to your business.

  The boxes were exactly as advertised, but their customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced. Even though my order wasn't very large it was really important that it arrived before a particular deadline and they got out of their way to deliver it when I needed it, keeping me up to date at all times and making sure I was a happy customer. Awesome team, great products!
