  Usually, the service is first class, but this time, whoever packed my order folded up the tissue reams - THREE TIMES and squashed them in a box instead of packing them flat against the cartons. So the tissue is now creased and unusable. So a bit disappointed this time.

  I am still waiting, now a whole week after my order, to receive the items. I have sent countless emails to both raja and their absolutely useless DX deliveries partners. Zero response, zero customer support. An absolute disgrace.

  I ordered 2 differenty sized plywood boxes but only one was deivered so I rang customer services and spoke to Craig Marriott who then made enquiries and discovered that one size was out of stock. He then saw that is was delivered soon after that. The boxes are very well made, strong and easy to assemble.

  Sold me a product that they didn’t actually have available for sale. Then when I chased up why it hadn’t been delivered, instead of then admitting that the product didn’t exist, they rather abruptly told me that it would be delivered the next day - which of course, it wasn’t. Rang to chase it up again and the lady who dealt with me was extremely honest and helpful - credit due to her. She arranged for an alternative item to be sent to me for the same price and also arranged a Saturday delivery, for which I am grateful. I see that the unavailable item is still shown on the website(????).

  the products are as always extremely good which is why I buy them - what lets the company down is the freight company that delivers - or in my case doesn't deliver and also they ignore the request for the goods to be delivered on a pallet and not be broken down before they are delivered.

  Ordered for next day delivery on thursday but as it was bank holiday friday/monday expected tuesday. received an email from courier to advise order received on thursday night and i should expect delivery 11th April. order not received tuesday/wednesday so called thursday to advise non receipt was told they will contact the courier and call me back with an update. no call back but order was received on friday.

  Order processing was easy and despatch/delivery was swift. However, we thought that the Free Carriage order value was quite high along with the carriage charge. The getting of a final VAT invoice could also be improved as well.

  I ordered on the 5th, it’s now the 14th and your promise of next day delivery which was the only appeal given your expensive products and two frustrating phone calls and multiple emails later and my business is now suffering as I have no packaging to send out orders with. I’ve been told the lorry couldn’t deliver to our London address - how does anything ever get delivered in London? I’ve been told the products were damaged when redelivery was attempted and now I’ve been told that I am to pay a surcharge for asking them to leave it in the basement! Terrible company, terrible delivery and would recommend avoiding at all costs.

  I ordered some working benches, they turned out to be much bigger then they seems in the website. Tried to return or exchange but the attendant said the product had been shipped (from another supplier) and son and so... that typical internet hassle business of a company selling a product they don't have. Conclusion – it's easier just stay with them...

  N Ireland company, due to brexit, you charge £25 carriage and take 10 days to get here. I offered to collect and was told it still would be £25 carriage to produce a 'commercial invoice' this is your invoice. no common sense!!
