  Review Updated 22/02/23: Following my original review Chantelle from Raja contacted me to confirm that the original issue was due to an internal error, and she worked with me to correct the issue and reimburse my out of pocket costs... This changed my opinion of Raja Packaging as all companies makes the odd mistake, but it's how you recover it that matters the most and they have done this to my satisfaction. I would recommend buying from Raja after this experience.. Original review.... I contacted RAJA Packaging via their website on-line chat to enquire if they sold supplies for my air cushion machine, and was given incorrect advice, together with a link to place an order (which I did). Then the order arrived it did not fit the machine and so I requested a return and refund. Firstly I was asked to send images of the product, and then when I asked for the them to cover the cost of the return shipping (as it was their mistake, not mine) I felt like I was treated poorly - they told me they would go away and check their records of the conversation, and then after more than 24 hours I had to chase them up. I eventually paid for my own courier to deliver the return to Raja, and after following this up once again, I eventually received a refund - however I am out of pocket for what was Raja packaging's mistake, not mine. This is just not good enough - I accept mistakes happen but to put the issue back to me instead of accepting their mistake is really poor.

  Great range of sizes and weight of the boxes - I needed high quality, strong cardboard and you supply two and three ply, excellent. Perfect for packing heavy but delicate materials. Delivery was quick and the price excellent.

  Only one of the items I ordered has been delivered. I paid for next day delivery so contacted help desk after 3 days who told me it would arrive the next day. It didn’t and I’m still waiting. Contacted customer support by email but no response. No refund of postage either.

  Bought a metal banding strap machine from Raja Pack, with a stated 1 day delivery however, 14 days later we recieve the product. we did talk to customer services, who shall we say sounded like we had just woken them up. we re rung 2 days ago, and the customer service was marginally better. when the customer service member finally dealt with the query, an email saying thank you for your recent purchase, 12 days? recent no where would that be recent, and obviously it is an auto generated response, and not personalised. The answer that was given, was they do not stock these items, and they come from the manafactuer. My answer would be this, had you put this fact on your website so people can see that this is not readily avaliable, quote the proper leatime then proper informed choices can be made. This led to our company waiting far to long for an item that was stated to arrive next day. please take note.

  Raja have lost the plot. They decided it would be a good idea to deliver our order of 8 individual items without placing them in any outer packaging. Instead they had their driver throw them in back of a van and roll around to get filthy, and then had the driver deliver them in a big pile outside my neighbours door, blocking the entrance. Customer service team who we called to complain to were equally inept, offering to look into the problem with our order, but failing to ask even for an order number or name! Hopelessly failing in their attempt to save money by not using packaging and a cheap delivery service. Sad, because they used to be good

  Ordered and paid next day delivery for our small business prior to Xmas. Received an email saying it would be received next day (or following if after 3pm cut off). Two days later I queried to make sure it was being sent. Told there was an error and we wont have it until January. Queried it via email and didn't receive a response. Wouldn't have been informed of the delay if I didn't message in the first place.

  I was disappointed with the delivery, usually fine but not this time. It is lucky my goods were not stolen as they were left out while the courier acutally forged my signature. This also meant that while I had paid extra for speedy delivery I did not recieve them until after the event I had ordered them for - very disappointing

  Cancelled order - due to high postage costs of £30.50. As a new customer received a 15% off first offer and free postage, however, this is only for UK mainland. As advised, part of the group - Viking Direct offer free postage over £49.00 not the parent company Raja, never received a reply to my email query.

  delivery delayed by a week, when paid for and needed the banding the next day, wasn't Raja fault per se, was DX Express who sent confusing emails and were impossible to reach however then they offered me a refund and collected the banding and never refunded me and ignored my emails looking for a refund. so got robbed of £75 plus VAT a truly shocking customer service and company, avoid RAJA UK like the plague

  Products from Raja are top notch, however, actually getting the goods is another matter. I am still waiting for delivery of my order because DX courier services are useless. Five times this week i have had to re-arrange delivery, I have sat at the office until 7pm one night for the courier to not turn up and then at 7.01 they change the delivery status to unable to deliver! I will continue to wait....
