  Great product, very helpful staff in quickly dealing with my query re exporting to Northern Ireland. I am dissappointed that the offer of free freight with a first order (over 150). Does not apply to Northern Ireland. We are an integral part of the UK and are closer than the North of Scotland. Please review this. Thanks. Jim

  A truly fantastic company to deal with. Great products and super helpful staff. I had a slight issue with an item missing from my order, I phoned up and a lovely lady called Sophia (I think) sorted and had extra item delivered within 10 minutes. I would recommend to anyone. The measure of a good company is when something goes awry and they sort with politeness and efficiency. I will defo use again. Also, products are of high quality.

  I chose a postal box, which on receipt is much sturdier and aesthetically pleasing than others I have used from another supplier. Prompt dispatch and delivery, could not want for more. I will be ordering again. Thank you team.

  it was delivered on time. Parcel was well done. Within it, you had 3 parcels containing the self-seal glassine bags. However, as you need to open the parcel through the brown sellotape with sharp scissors, i did damage the first 4 layers of self-seal glassine bags :( I think it should have been protected on that purpose. Otherwise, product is absolutely what I expected and fine for use

  Very very poor service. They advertise a free next day delivery service. Each day the delivery did not turn up , i phoned up, and was guaranteed i would have the delivery next following morning. This promise has not been met, for FIVE days in a row now, each day I am phoning and emailing they say tomorrow, but it does not show up. massively impacted our business, No monies off offered, still not received order. be very wary about using this joke of a company.

  As a regular Raja customer it was great to see their products are now sent out in recyclable boxes with eco-friendly tape (no clingfilm in sight!). Just the strapping to go and it would be perfect! Asked for a delayed delivery as we were going to be away and it arrived on the day requested. Great!

  Rajapack have increased our prices by around 300%. We have used them for years, no longer have access to an account manager. We will be forced to move to a different suppler. To turn their back on small business is a massive error. We would have been a loyal customer for years. We have very large growth currently. Very disappointed.

  After calling Raja for advice on size of their bubble wrap bags for our product we placed our first order with Raja it arrived ok but the bubble wrap bags were wrong size after calling them I was told I would have to pay to post it back to them when I said it was on their recommendation I ordered them I was told to wait till they checked it all out and they would get back to me which they didn’t after many phone calls from me they said it was indeed their fault and would arrange a free pick up again after many calls from me they arranged to let the couriers know to pick it up at 4pm on first day they tried to collect at 12.30pm after calling them second day they came again at 12.30pm after calling them a third day they said they had put a note to say it had to be 4pm or it would be left outside house they came at 9.30am and got parcel outside so I am waiting on my refund the service has been shocking and I’m not impressed don’t think going forward I will be using this company again

  After reading on the web page I ordered 10kg of Shredded Kraft Paper. What arrived was a box containing 9kg of Shredded Kraft Paper and the outer box weighing 1.2kgs. SO YOUR NOT BUYING 10kg's you are paying for 9KG's Be warned as this is very misleading and a con! Also Customer Services are pathetic. Contacted them on the 16th after delivery, said they would look into it - 2 full working days later I've heard nothing!

  The Three Way truck arrived in good time, however had not been assembled correctly, therefore the trolley that was meant to change from upright sack truck, to flat bed was impossible without dismantling and re-assembling one part the right way around! ... It was also a bit scratched on receipt - disappointing really considering the price increased over 13% from the original time I saw the product to placing the order.
