  I would have given 5 stars only for the fact I was being charged £25.00 to deliver to Northern Ireland, so I arranged my own courier collection for £10.79. Customer service was very helpful in helping me to arrange this & printing the courier labels at their side. NB the product cost £27.00.

  I run a small mail order business and the quality of the packaging, especially the ease of assembly of postal boxes makes the differences between getting orders out on time or failing. The boxes from Raja are excellent, well-designed and easy to use. They also turn up quickly, so I don't need to worry about ordering weeks ahead.

  I ordered gift bags for an event making sure I ordered first thing in the morning to meet the next day delivery deadline. Firstly my order was missed and only placed the following day - I had staff lined up to pack the bags. Then part of my order was out of stock leaving me 25 bags short. Finally when the bags arrived, the plastic they were wrapped in was torn open. The majority of the bags were scuffed, dirty and dusty.

  Some of the boxes were delivered damaged and no one comes back to you regarding it. I could have got these boxes cheaper elsewhere but thought these would be better quality but their packaging is not good so easily damaged. I now have 4 boxes with holes in.

  Raja said everywhere they delivery next day but that is not true, in my case I ordered on Friday and was delivered next Thursday. Was really annoying because I need the stuff for precios Tuesday. Poor customer service as well.

  Ordered on Thursday during the Anniversary for delivery the following Tuesday. Phoned Tuesday to be told that the order had not been released and would arrive Thursday when the Warehouse was to be closed. Arrived Friday.

  Placed order on the 27th May but nothing arrived yet - 6th June. Cannot get hold of anybody on phone and no email response to my enquiry about delivery. The last lot of goods received were returned as faulty, no credit note received although they were very quick to invoice me. Very poor service, very poor customer service. Will try not to buy from Rajapack anymore as they are so unreliable.

  Misleading and confusing information when ordering. For item CAD26 it saysif you order 10 packages it will be £4.51 perpack and on the left it says each pack is a quantity of 10. That is not the case! It is £4.51 per 1 box!!!!

  Delivery is always efficient and products well wrapped to protect them in transit. However it is still disappointing that businesses aren't allowed to order paid for samples of different box sizes. This is particularly important when launching new products across different marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, Etsy, Brand Website, etc), as it's hard to always get the shipping box right for the actual product when working just off measurements. The proof is in trying the whole process for real. Otherwise all good!

  I only received half of my order. I appreciate that this may be a problem with the delivery company. I was not able to be present to receive my order, but I would still expect it to arrive complete and on time. I will adjust this review depending on how customer services respond to my complaint.

  The website was not accepting orders so I contacted customer services to place my order . 1 box x 6 rolls blue shrink wrap , I received 6 boxes x 6 rolls …nearly 2 years supply!!! 2 rolls of banding tape arrived as requested Raja have resolved the matter with extreme professionalism and speed, thank you
