  After reading on the web page I ordered 10kg of Shredded Kraft Paper. What arrived was a box containing 9kg of Shredded Kraft Paper and the outer box weighing 1.2kgs. SO YOUR NOT BUYING 10kg's you are paying for 9KG's Be warned as this is very misleading and a con! Also Customer Services are pathetic. Contacted them on the 16th after delivery, said they would look into it - 2 full working days later I've heard nothing!

  The Three Way truck arrived in good time, however had not been assembled correctly, therefore the trolley that was meant to change from upright sack truck, to flat bed was impossible without dismantling and re-assembling one part the right way around! ... It was also a bit scratched on receipt - disappointing really considering the price increased over 13% from the original time I saw the product to placing the order.

  Rajapack isn't always the cheapest option for packaging and storage options, but they are always good value and, mostly importantly, super reliable and very quick with dispatch and delivery. They are always the first place I go for packaging and shipping materials.

  Ordered 1st September at 2.32pm and paid for next day delivery. Now on the 8th of September and still no delivery. Two telephone calls and I have been told they will be here today - just as I was told yesterday! No offer of refunded delivery charge; in fact not even an apology! Disgusted with the level of service, customer services could not have given a monkeys that we needed these boxes yesterday for a first order from a new large client. This could well cost my small business thousands of pounds.

  Dreadful service ! We only received the dividers and not the boxes. We sent a photo to company as proof. They offered to re-send the ordered items on next day delivery. The goods did not arrive, we were advised now out of stock. We explained we were moving on Thursday ! Do Not Use This Company !

  Super expensive post and packaging fees. In fact, I paid more for my delivery than the actual product I ordered. The bags arrived in a box 40 times it’s size. Such a shame..I did bring it up with customer services and they did nothing about it. If they were business minded, they could have offered next time you order we will offer free delivery…or a £5 voucher. Clever businesses do what it takes to keep their customers coming back. Shame. Oh, and the bags are squished and shabby looking.

  I received the order, and I have been a customer before and the envelopes were good that time in the past order, but I have to say that the quality of the envelopes I received this time were very poor, I do not know what has changed but the envelopes are stuck together and do not stretch as well as they use to, it is difficult to put the product in the envelope now you really have to push it in hard, it gets stuck a lot. I do not know what you have done since I last ordered but the quality is poor. And also the service has got worse too. First of all my order was lost so I had to wait for replacement to be shipped (how do you lose a pallet of 1800 envelopes!?). Second of all, the courier refused to help me carry it up to my office apartment which was only one floor and he just the left the big pallet of 1800 envelopes on the street outside my office apartment building and phoned me to tell me he had left it there. I am emailing to tell you my experience and that I will no longer be ordering from you again. I will be going elsewhere for my supplies. Regards, Jonathan

  Very good product. Works well with masking tape where the rubber roller can be rotated to draw off a new length. Tricky with sellotape.

  After being told twice that there had been attempted delivery while I was waiting at the delivery address I asked for a return on my purchase and have still not received a response. The purchase was time sensitive and after fives days of waiting was no longer viable.

  Bought a strapping machine for the shop. I got the whole lot for a fab price, including the dispenser on wheels, strap, tensioner, seals and sealer. Arrived really quickly. Good items. The only reason its not a 5 star is because one of my items on order was out of stock and there was no note to say this. I only knew when I rang to check, because I was worried it had been missed. I would definitely buy from here again.

  Normally very good, however my most recent delivery was wrong and I haven't had any replies from Rajapack to my emails trying to deal with the error. I ordered 2 sizes of the cardboard envelopes and was invoiced for that, however instead of one of the sizes, I received a different size & type of envelope.

  Have bought 15L water bottles from Raja for a few months. Ordering is easy on website , delivery is always great but packaging not so great. Had a delivery today for 3 bottles. Packaging was non existent and only 2 bottles delivered. Driver said he had only 2 but packaging fell apart so no idea where the 3rd bottle had gone! Rajapack are a packaging company apparently??!!

  Online shop not accurate with quantities - allows to order while not having stock and then after causing issues - poor communication and customer service regarding refund, even the order hasn't been completed. Wouldn't recommend or risk ordering if planning a bulk order.
