ridiculous to send out my order without it being boxed up. twice it was scattered around the back of the delivery van. very disappointing service.

This is not the level of service we expect our customers to receive. Before dispatch from our warehouse, our freighted orders are palletised and wrapped. By sharing the details of your recent order, you have brought to our attention that the delivery of your orders differed from our service agreement with our delivery partners. I have escalated this to our Account manager at delivery partners, who will discuss it further with the delivery depot management and the relevant courier. We meet regularly to discuss any service issues to minimise recurrence. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
