Because of the volume of orders our delivery partners deliver, we provide a kerbside and ground-floor delivery service. However, we do not penalise drivers who have assessed their manifest and delivered outside this stipulation. Fortunately, the driver has fulfilled basement delivery on your previous orders, albeit without making you aware this was a service above and beyond their required duty, leading to your recent disappointment. We do not currently offer weekend deliveries as a standard; however, for future reference, we can arrange a special service for an additional cost if this is required.
