Review collected by a third partyI ordered a numbers of boxes and realised as soon as they arrived I have mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I called to ask for advise about whether I could have a refund on the boxes I hadn't opened. I was told I could and I paid for the boxes and packaging to be returned. I have now recieved a credit note not refund despite being told I would I would get a refund. This has taken up an awful lot of my time hassling for the cost of the return boxes, hassling for the refund. I am throughly dissapointed with the service.
