The product and customer service was fine, but I have to seriously question the way they determine their shipping method and cost. I was unable to complete the order and pay for my order on line because their system refused to give me a shipping charge and allow me to finalise the order by payment with a credit card. The reason for this was because they said the delivery address was 'OFF-SHORE'. A delivery charge had to be manually applied and I was forced to pay separately by BACS. Now the issue is .... INVERNESS is not OFF SHORE. The last time I drove home I do not recall taking a ferry !!! I think it is about time that some companies took some geography lessons and learnt a bit more about what lies north of Carlisle and the Scottish border. We here in the Highlands of Scotland are getting quite fed up with this 'second-class-citizen' treatment and it is about time we were afforded the same level of service as someone living in England. Apart from this once complaint I was reasonably happy with the service. However, because of this issue of shipping I will be inclined to look elsewhere when I need to place my next order.
