Review collected by a third partyThe product is exactly what we wanted and it arrived on time. The customer service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. The payment was taken twice and has taken over 2 weeks to get sorted and has still not been refunded.

Review collected by a third partyOrdered some boxes and some packing to put around valuables. Only the packing was dispatched. A second e.mail confirmation did say "is now discontinued" but I did not see this until after dispatch so received some packing but no boxes to put in it! An alternative box was offered in the e.mail but it was nearly 200% more expensive! Contact should have been made prior to dispatch then I could have amended or cancelled this order. I did reply along these lines to the e.mail but haven't received a reply back or a refund as their e.mail mentioned. Disappointed and boxless.

Review collected by a third partyContext: I had an issue with the DX Delivery driver, who kept me waiting in my flat for three days while they drove around, incapable of using google maps to find my address. DX Delivery themselves are shockingly BAD in all facets and I went through hell with them. As soon as I spoke to Craig in Raja customer services, he went above and beyond to get the issue sorted, item delivered and the following return and replacement with a better size item that was needed. He put my mind at ease, called back to assure me on details and restored my faith completely. Raja - exceptional customer service DX Delivery - hell the first time, fine the second. Don’t ever try contacting them as they’re useless.
