Review collected by a third partyLove the products, really great quality and the prices are competetive. But I don't understand why, in 2023, you don't provide tracking information. We can call or message to get a two-hour window, so this information is available. Every single company I buy from offers this, so it feels a bit backwards that you don't. I know most customers are based in offices or warehouses with people in all day, but small business owners based at home aren't able to sit at their desk all day to avoid missing a delivery. Please consider automatically sending a tracking link or message with the time slot.

Review collected by a third partyThe Brown triangular postal boxes, 60X500mm, pack of 25 were smaller than last time. More disappointingly the sticky tape that's supposed to come off is not reliable. I left the tubes packed overnight to find then unsealed and opened the next morning, which makes the whole point of these tubes pointless, as you have to tape them all around to make sure your packages won't get lost Also, I am unhappy that there isn't an option for cheaper postage, for example one that is not next-day and super expensive for those orders that are not urgent and you can save on them
