Review collected by a third partyI ordered some large brown card envelopes with locking flaps and asked them to be packed properly in a box as on previous orders they were only wrapped in cling film and arrived damaged, and I had to return them for replacement. it seems my request was ignored and they were again wrapped in cling film. fortunately on this occasion they were ok. Can you please address this problem for future orders. It seems strange to me that a company that specialises in packaging can't pack things properly for their own customers.
