Review collected by a third partyThe Three Way truck arrived in good time, however had not been assembled correctly, therefore the trolley that was meant to change from upright sack truck, to flat bed was impossible without dismantling and re-assembling one part the right way around! ... It was also a bit scratched on receipt - disappointing really considering the price increased over 13% from the original time I saw the product to placing the order.

Review collected by a third partyOrdered 1st September at 2.32pm and paid for next day delivery. Now on the 8th of September and still no delivery. Two telephone calls and I have been told they will be here today - just as I was told yesterday! No offer of refunded delivery charge; in fact not even an apology! Disgusted with the level of service, customer services could not have given a monkeys that we needed these boxes yesterday for a first order from a new large client. This could well cost my small business thousands of pounds.

They offered to re-send the ordered items on next day delivery. The goods did not arrive, we were advised now out of stock. We explained we were moving on Thursday ! Do Not Use This Company !
