Review collected by a third partySuper expensive post and packaging fees. In fact, I paid more for my delivery than the actual product I ordered. The bags arrived in a box 40 times it’s size. Such a shame..I did bring it up with customer services and they did nothing about it. If they were business minded, they could have offered next time you order we will offer free delivery…or a £5 voucher. Clever businesses do what it takes to keep their customers coming back. Shame. Oh, and the bags are squished and shabby looking.

Review collected by a third partyI received the order, and I have been a customer before and the envelopes were good that time in the past order, but I have to say that the quality of the envelopes I received this time were very poor, I do not know what has changed but the envelopes are stuck together and do not stretch as well as they use to, it is difficult to put the product in the envelope now you really have to push it in hard, it gets stuck a lot. I do not know what you have done since I last ordered but the quality is poor. And also the service has got worse too. First of all my order was lost so I had to wait for replacement to be shipped (how do you lose a pallet of 1800 envelopes!?). Second of all, the courier refused to help me carry it up to my office apartment which was only one floor and he just the left the big pallet of 1800 envelopes on the street outside my office apartment building and phoned me to tell me he had left it there. I am emailing to tell you my experience and that I will no longer be ordering from you again. I will be going elsewhere for my supplies. Regards, Jonathan
