Verified reviewMy grandson is really loving this. Every morning he comes round before school (reception class - aged 4) and we go through it together on the iPad. He is progressing with his reading very well. The different ways to learn to read have been so well thought through. It doesn’t feel like learning. He particularly loves the trains and the stamping of the correct parcels. He also really likes Sam. I am very pleased.

Verified reviewSince downloading the app my daughter has developed a very deep love for reading eggs and she is reading! It’s amazing to be able to sit back and hear her sounding out words to complete sentences We had hit a wall with reading I had tried many way and it just wasn’t working Reading eggs changed that and my daughter now picks up books to attempt to read Reading eggs has helped my daughter develop a sense of confidence to try She loves the games and working her way through the maps The monthly catalogue is fabulous and really encourages the child to complete the games and then buy outfits with their eggs I personally love the parent dashboard where I can see what progress she has made and also I can print out worksheets in colour ans black and white where needed My daughter isn’t a worksheet child however she has enjoyed the reading eggs workbooks which I purchased online from the reading eggs store I would and have recommended reading eggs to many We love reading eggs!

Verified reviewMy daughter is two and loves playing the activities. It’s easy to navigate. The only thing I find is that the celebrating pop ups or bubbles after the activities are completed last too long. Especially on the letters. Even I get bored. By the time it’s done she’s lost interest and leaves the app. That’s the only thing that would have me not buy the next year’s subscription at the moment as she won’t use it for long enough

Verified reviewDislike. Everything is good, but so many videos like YouTube. My kids doesn't want to learn English, because there are so many noneducational video

Verified reviewWeb page hard to navigate, not very child friendly. Not able to leave my 5 year old to do it as she doesn't understand some of the commands/ instructions. She does enjoy it though.

Verified reviewAs a mum to 3 little girls, aged 6, 5 and almost 2i have found tgat reading eggs is really helping with their reading. My oldest loves all the rewards and getting certificates. The little one loves the videos and books and really gets excited to get a sticker. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Verified reviewI am happy with reading eggs so far. Only using it a few weeks now - over the Christmas break, so I can't give a full opinion just yet. However one suggestion I would give for Mathew's is this - you give written instructions with a voice over. However my child is non-verbal with MERLD, he is a gestalt learner who learns by demonstration & by doing. So my suggestion is that there is firstly a demonstration with the words on the bottom of the screen & a voice over reading them. As with words - he cannot follow the instructions- plus he just quickly skips the words.
