  My package had a hiccup and went from France to New York(customs) , then to Algeria (instead of California) then back to France, then to Los Angeles, CA (customs) then to me. It took from May 29 (order date) until July 22. I was in contact with Sajou the whole time and their customer service was absolutely awesome, and helpful through the entire process. My deepest appreciation to them for working through this all.

  Items out of stock should not be listed or shoukd ckearly state up front that they are out of stock. Choosing an item for a leaving present was painful and extremely long winded as there is very little available to buy immediarely (scissors). Otherwise the quality is excellent and quick delivery. Get your webite shop sortex out ( the filters dont work, defaults to relevant, add a in store filter) and I would happily up my stars to 4/5.

  Sajou’s handwritten letter package is a delight to receive and plus a nice surprise with a handwritten thank you on the invoice inside. The product is of good quality as I expected. Delivery is on time as stated. Overall, I am very happy with the service and products I’ve purchased so far. Maybe the webpage is slightly difficult as every time I closed, I was sent back to the first page. That’s all.

  I enjoy ordering from Sajou. The delivery, though international, is always quick, and the merchandise is a treat even beyond its utility for sewing and embroidery - everything is beautifully packaged in historical reproductions. My only wish is that the outer cardboard carton containing my order had been assembled with a bit more care; the bottom had a hole between its flaps that was exposed when the packing tape tore. Happily, there was no damage inside, though, and I’m looking forward to lovely hours of stitching.

  I fell in love with these beautiful, high-quality products and their gorgeous packaging. Site navigation was easy, prices were reasonable for the quality, and I felt like a kid in a candy shop. Once my order was placed, the communication I received helped me track my international shipment and everything was received quickly and in good order. The little box was carefully packed. My partner and I enjoyed opening it and admiring all the goodies. We have plans for the sewing supplies (me) and darning supplies (him), and plan to give away some of the little notepads, books of needles, etc. as small gifts to friends who share our love of France. We are happy to have thimbles that fit us now! I look forward to visiting this shop in person the next time I'm in Versailles. Merci beaucoup pour une très bonne expérience!

  Lovely merchandise, always like getting a present in the mail. The shipments from France arrive at my home in the US with lightning speed. I once (only once!) had a problem with an order, and they were marvelously accommodating. I heartily recommend Sajou.

  I like your website as it is easy to use, All the categories are easy to understand and I find all that I am looking for, and more. The only criticism I have is postage, I am not sure what dollar amount kicks in free shipping, but i frequently see it on my orders. However, at checkout, the "free" is always replaced with a dollar amount. You have such beautiful fabric and interesting unusual items, I am willing to pay postage no matter what. Also, on another subject, I need another set of wooden drawers, one 4 drawer and one 2 drawer. When you get more in, do let me know! Thank you, merci, Becky
