  the products are amazing for embroidery and sewing work. it's not always easy to find the product you want on the website. there is no search modus. the ordering service works very well and each order has come on time and packed accordingly, so no damage. my only problem is that I earned 6 points which have not come into my account. i have already written about this.

  I have bought Sajou products before, but never directly from Sajou.However, I really wanted a box featuring the cat and dog, so I ordered direct from France. I also got a mini pillow kit on special. The new site was very easy to navigate and ordering was a breeze! My beautiful package arrived very quickly and included were a selection of postcards and vintage thread-winders--such a lovely surprise! I will definitely order again. What a treat to have such exquisite items!

  I was trying to buy a particular colour of Sajou Retors du Nord in the U.K. I was in the middle of a big project and with very little thread left. I could only find 1 bobbin in the whole of the U.K. and nearly panicked. I shouldn’t have! It was very easy to order it from the French store, and shopping + custom taxes because of the f****** Brexit were not that discouraging. I will be coming to the store more often as it is filled to the rafters with delightful sewing goodies. I love the shop and I will certainly pay a visit in person next time I am in Paris.

  Lovely website with lots of wonderful treasures! I was very excited to receive my package of beautiful things - a lot faster than expected to Australia too! Postage is very expensive to Australia, so you have to make it worthwhile. Everything was wrapped beautifully and I enjoyed a free gift - I love this store!

  Доброго дня,получила заказ через 30 дней,после оформления заказа,спасибо,,только почему то не было подарка кроме двух открыток.Я заказала сумку шопер,но увы...Жаль,в прошлый заказ в подарок получила наперсток ,пять открыток и еще 4 карточки для ниток.Заказ был не сумму 138 евро,доставка в Казахстан стоила 29 евро.Заказала подарочные пакеты,но не в воторге от них.Главное заказ получила,буду вышивать,спасибо.

  I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived much sooner than anticipated. I was hoping it would arrive by Christmas, based on the expected delivery dates provided. You beat that estimate by two weeks. Opening the box was delightful. Christmas really came early this year.
