  The experience is not happy. I have been tracking the parcel since it said on the way. Unfortunately, the Colissimo sent me a message and said, it is delivered. But I didn't receive the package. I was seeking local post office's help and have no faith I'll have the package back. This is an unhappy process and unhappy result. You run a global-wise business and show your customer an attitude that you have no responsibility of the delivery system you choose. It doesn't make any sense to me. disappointed Helen

  I heard the brand and waxed linen threads` quality many times. this is the first time I will use, and the colour and quality really look superior. The shipment is a little bit long and took 3 weeks, this could be related with covid19, totally understandable. if this is the regular lead time, this could be improved. overall, I am a happy customer and will buy from this store in the future and also I can advise to my friends have a nice and safe day Emre

  I made an order from Finland. I'm not sure if it was French or Finnish post (or both) who messed up with my order as it had been already one week in my home post office without any notice to me. Luckily I had the sense to check from the sellers tracking link which told me the state of things. I contacted the customer service of Sajou.fr and got a very quick and helpful response. From them I got a tracking code for Finnish post. It was not enough for me to independently get the order but with that I got from Finnish post's customer service another code that I used for getting my order. So it was a happy ending. With this experience I can recommend Sajou.fr as they care about their customers, even though my order was not big or expensive one.
