Verified reviewI have not received my order since the 4th of July. When I click on "track your order" it states my order was exported to my country on the 10th of July and I cannot track any further or make contact with the courier company. Sanareva should have a system to check what date customers actually receive their orders. I am very disappointed. I just hope they will respond to my request to follow up with their courier company.

Thank you so much for your response. The courier delivered my package today, 21 days after their last tracking system update. You are not the problem but the courier services you are using.

Verified reviewOrdered 1 month ago, not received after 2 weeks tracking said awaiting parcel. Contacted Sanareva who said they would investigate, no news for 2 weeks then told it had been returned to them would I like a refund with no explanation of what went wrong nor an offer to resend which I requested them to do. Previously no problems with them but you learn how good a company is when it has to deal with a problem!
