Verified reviewI have placed an order for MAM dummies age 18 in boys and unisex colours. I received 2 packs (4 dummies) which was not what I ordered. These was purple with floral designs, not at all useable for a boy. I had contacted customer services who had asked me to return the dummies with myself paying the return postage cost. I live in UK and the return address is France. The postage would cost me more than the £11.60 I paid for the dummies. It was Sanarevas error which I clearly pointed out. I have refused to pay returns cost and they still haven’t responded to my last email over 14 days ago. Very bad customer service. I will not shop with these again.

Of course I replied to your email. I have evidence of this and I can post a screenshot of my reply. I wouldn’t go to the effort of leaving a bad review if you had replied to my email. This is a very disappointing response.

Verified reviewI only received half my order. When I contacted Sanareva they informed me they had run out of stock, a compliment slip explaining this in with my order would have been appreciated.

I did not receive a message prior to my order arriving, it was only after I contacted you that you told me the items were out of stock. I would have preferred a refund to the card I paid with because I’m not a regular customer with you.

Verified reviewvery bad, have not received my products after ordering on 25th June, now 17th July. Paid postage and customer services did not reply to my first email about delivery, acknowledged my second one but have not yet solved the issue, also have not offered me a refund or offered to cancel my order. I paid postage for 3-5 days delivery, very dissapointing!!
