Verified reviewmy order was returned to you by the courier company because you did not label it correctly and I have no news from you, regarding a refund or a new parcel, this is very bad customer service.

You did not contact me more than 4 times. I have replied to you with the details given to me by royal mail, who said your courier did not label the parcel correctly and therefore could not be delivered and was returned to you. you did not investigate the matter. My order was not delivered, please contact Royal mail for confirmation, their website is not accurate, best

Verified reviewOne of the items arrived badly broken with some of the product spilled inside the envelope. I contacted the company with photo evidence for a return straight away, and again a second time. I never received a response. Disappointed that I have paid a lot for a defective product. Will not use this company again.

Verified reviewI have emailed this company with pictures to say the bottle of oil was completely empty. That was a week ago. I've messaged them 3 times and still no response. Very poor. I want my money back or another bottle of oil. Maybe you can help me????
