Verified reviewMy package was left on my porch by their chosen courier, after arriving quite late in the first place (more than 14 days after I placed my order). Since it was fully visible from the street, the package was stolen before it can be collected. I contacted them to report this issue and received a very strange reply from a lady called Diana - asking me to check-in with my neighbours. The courier didn't even try to deliver it to my neighbours, they just left it on the street and attached a photo of it as well. Further to that, I received no response from Sanareva - they had no desire to resolve the issues I raised. I've lost my money for this order I placed I suppose and will never be ordering from them again!
