Verified reviewI got exactly what I ordered without difficulty and I would have given five stars if I had been kept better informed about the progress of my order. I got an immediate acknowledgement of my order and was told subsequently that I could track progress on it, but after two weeks when I still had been sent to information I tried following instructions to do this and became concerned, because my bank account had already been charged and the goods had not arrived. I wrote to you about this and within a few days the delivery arrived. I understand that deliveries and access to manufactured products is sometimes difficult at the moment, but being able to track progress or told why there was a delay would have been reassuring. I am pleased with the goods though. Thank you. KP

Dear Kate, We are so sorry to hear the transit took so long. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Your order was dispatched on November 03rd. Unfortunately, your parcel seemed to be blocked in customs between November 9th and November 13th. There is a risk when ordering that your goods may be retained in customs for a few days, we unfortunately don't have control on that. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. The only reason I took a star off is the £80 spend to get free shipping is quite high.......would I shop with Sanareva again ? Absolutley yes !

Verified reviewThe delivery was highly unsatisfactory. For unknown reasons, the product was sent to the UK via the Hague, with the result that I was not at the UK when I arrived. Had the product been sent direct, I would have received it in good time.
