Verified reviewDiscovered this company a while ago. They are an awesome way to obtain French pharmacy products when I cannot get to France (like now!). Even with the shipping cost, they are often better value on some products you can obtain here, and to getting hold of things you can only usually but in French shops.

Verified reviewTerrible experience. I still don't have my £200 order after 2 months. After no sign of life and multiple messages and calls I was finally informed the order was on it's way. However when I finally received the delivery the box contained completely the wrong order. Sanavera now asking me to carry this erroneous delivery to the post office and send it back to France prior to releasing my order.

Dear Christopher, As explained previously, and stated in our Terms and conditions of Sales, we do unfortunately require you to return the items before proceeding with the replacement order. You were contacted on the 01/07 with the following statement: We have just received confirmation from our logistics team regarding the return of your parcel. Verified reviewWill never order from here again. I placed my order on the 11th May and paid for 3 to 4 days delivery. I didn't receive any dispatch emails at all. On the 19th I decided to email customer service. On that same day I received a message to say my items have been dispatched. Needless to say they forgot about my order until I emailed them because they didn't dispatch my items until I messaged them. At this point the customer service just told me your item has been dispatched and will arrive within 5 days. No apologies nor explanation as to why it didn't get dispatched earlier within the agreed delivery times that I paid for. Then even after asking customer service to explain, I still received no response or apologies. Only after a few more days had passed I am informed by them that my items are on the way and here is your tracking. Will never ever order from here again. On top of this one of the products had a broken top.

Verified reviewProducts are good and come at a reasonable price. But the delivery took almost a month. Perhaps it is because of Brexit, but a notification or update should be provided.
