Verified reviewexpensive shipping cost £ 7.90 for one small package of the supplement, normally shipping via the Royal Office first class costs around £ 2, that is, the company has little profit on the product it also earns money on the shipment this is embarrassing and waiting about two weeks for the paid product I do not recommend buying from this company "Sanareva"

Dear Customer, Due to Brexit, we have had to change our courier fees. Our warehouse is based in France. Our new courier, Spring is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £7.90 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £79. The Client is informed that these observed delivery times are provided for information purposes only, and that they may vary according to circumstances. SANAREVA shall not be held liable in the event of longer delivery times, as long as the legal delivery period of 30 days is respected. If the legal deadline of 30 days is exceeded, the Customer has the right and possibility of cancelling the order and requesting a refund,

Verified reviewThis was my first order from Sanareva uk and the eye cream I ordered was very well priced although the postage was pretty steep .It took at least 10 days to arrive but it was worth the wait as the price I paid .

Verified reviewUnable to contact the company and had to wait seventeen days for delivery have paid for a first class delivery. Telephone calls only last minute before being cut of by a french operator.

Thank you for your reply. I have spoken to customer services twice and sent photos etc as instructed. I’m away from home now so I cannot resend easily. My confidence in your service might be restored if you just sorted this out for me without expecting me to jump through endless hoops. I would hardly go to all this trouble if there wasn’t a problem. And this is the first time I have ever left a bad review. All I requested was a refund on my postage. I was unable to give the item as a gift because the box was completely broken.

Verified reviewTook over 2 weeks to deliver urgently required bandages. Phone line puts you on hold for 5 minutes then you get a message in French and get cut off. Bare minimum explanation when sent email asking where purchase is. Will not use again.

Verified reviewBe prepared that in these post Brexit days it takes a few working days to receive your order. That's the same for other French retailers. I received all my French toiletries in good order delivered by the English Post Office. I usually stock up on these on visits to France so it's great that in these Covid times I can get great French products at reasonable prices. I will order again when I am ready.
