  Sadly, it has been a month and I've still not received my refund for an item that I was advised to refuse delivery as they were unable to cancel my order. They have acknowledged that their transport team is returning the item but will not refund me my money one month later. Super unhappy.

  Great shop for buying spearfishing gear. I keep on using them to ship gear to the UK. Diveinn keep me up to date in regards to the progress of the parcel each time. No issues with the courier they use. I seem to have nothing but trouble using UK stores as they use such crap courier companies like Hermies and DPD local!
