  Delivery dates are a pure fiction. All the orders are significantly delayed. You don't answer questions about products. I'm waiting 2+ months for your answers.

  Purchased products were excellent 👍 However the DHL delivery very poor I was charged € 60 for express delivery to Greece Halkidiki and the package arrived 10 days after DHL label was created !! This is not acceptable 😞 !!

  I would like to say that we received the product and it’s a great looking dive computer. What I would say is it took a lot longer than expected and the tracking app is not very good either. I appreciate that there’s delays with bank holidays etc. But be honest and tell people when it’s really due to arrive. I ordered it for my sons Birthday !!! It arrived days later!!!! However I would use the company again but only if I was needing the product in a hurry.

  I haven’t used the masks yet but I have tried them on. The only thing which concerns me is how hard it is to fix the snorkel onto the mask. The mechanism seems very brittle.

  It does work as advertised however because there is a larger bubble of air in front of your face it creates too much buoyancy and tilts your neck back at an uncomfortable angle. If you are floating in a rock pool this may be the mask for you if you are swimming more than 300m then I would give it a miss.

  I've bought the majority of my scuba gear from this site, from my experience the quality and value of the products have been outstanding. Even when I purchased the wrong depth gauge there was no issues with returning it. I would recommend Diveinn to anybody thinking about getting into scuba diving or upgrading their gear because of the cashback system they have, their general quick delivery, the value of the products you get for your money to me feels like both the cheapest and the best though they also have a range of more high-tech gear i'll likely upgrade to at some point. I will likely remain a customer to them for a long time as i've been very pleased with the whole experience shopping here

  The whole buying process was great (simple, fast, good price). The wetsuit I bought is very good and warm, but the hood is way to tight and squeezes my head too much. I also wish there were models for people with not so atheltic body. I'm not thin (but not very fat either) and I bought M instead of S to avoid the belly part of the wetsuit being too tight. Now sleeves and the "pants" part are too long which I kind of expected but like I said, I wish there were other size options.

For this and for the way in which the Diveinn website is organized, offering clear and detailed information about the products you sell, I have awarded five stars. But, I would like you to clarify a problem for me. On the website in the Frequently Asked Questions chapter to the question: "How can I assure your products are authentic?", your answer is: ''As an official dealer of each brand we sell, all our offered items are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. All products sold on our website are genuine. We only trade with reputable manufacturers who provide the highest quality of products. We do not sell fake, counterfeit, or replica goods''. And now, my problem - Of the four products ordered with Order: 37789942 /26-03-2023 two are made in China namely CRESSI Ipannema Polarized Sunglasses Silver Mirror One Size and SEACSUB Libera Snorkeling Mask Black / Lime L-XL.   Superb service and product. Ordered around midday, delivered 9am the next morning. The product was very well priced and delivery wasn't too much, in fact couldn't find a similar one anywhere else. It's stylish and perfect for taking snorkelling equipment to the beach etc.

  It is a joke of store. Totally unprofessional ! Except low price I cannot find anything good at this shop. I have order 3 times from them , and every time I was disappointed. First time I ordered a pair of fins from cressi and i received them.scratched and without protection foil.. only glue from protection foil ( probably was a returned item) . Second time I ordered a regulator set from Aqualung but before ordering I called them, wrote on email, on messenger because on the features was written "with octopus" but on the photos I couldn't see any. They answered me that if it is written with octopus than it will have octopus, but I received only the first and second stage, NO octopus. It bothered me me but because I didn't have time to return the item Iade other order with a separate octopus and other things. And because it is almost delivery time and I had no news I asked about my order and I find out that the order didn't left yet because an item is missing from their store, but they didn't tell me until I wrote them. After this I received an email telling me that I can replace , delete or.wait for the item. I choose to replace it but the button on the website is not working so I called them. They said ok, will.replace the item but I should receive an email to confirm that I want to replace the item. And I'm still waiting for their mail.... I will definitely search for other store even if it will be more expensive that this.

  Great selection at good price’s however the shipping is bit expensive which can wipeout the saving on the product. Product can take a little while to arrive as the come from mainland Europe so order well in advance of when you need an item.
