Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. Hi, the product is right but according to my order it should come with string with 24kg of tension. But it was unstrung. i strung the racket and will use it today. So it’s not refundable now. But you still owe me a string.

Hi there again, We checked your issue once more, please note that you did NOT indicate a string in your order: 17588649 BABOLAT Pure Aero Unstrung Tennis Racket Grey / Yellow / White 2 (24kg). You need to indicate and ADD a string under the drop down menu where you choose the size for the grip (Kies uw racket string:) If you do not add a string, then the racket will come unstrung, even if you indicated 24kg of tension. Dear smashinn, please give me your email address that I can show you the screen shot. Or go to your web site, choose Babolat pure aero 2023, then from the drop-down menu choose ‘head hawk 200m tennishaspelsnaar 1.25 mm Grey - 0€’ and then choose 24 kg for the tension. Then add to basket. At your web site you can choose strings which seem 0€. So this means you use free strings for some of them. As a customer I understand free if it says 0€. If not please fix your website, because you mislead customers. In any case that corrects me. So please check your web site, if you cannot see that, you have my contact number, please call me and I will tell you step by step. After all these explanations you still owe me two strings(I bought one more last week and it was unstrung again)

Really smooth grip, good balance, power hitting racket and also enhanced sweet spot. P.S I have tested xtop 125 and airshaft as well in the court. I would rates these as Xtop 125 > Xtop 135 > Airshaft But, if you compare the prices and power hitting, 135 is way better.
