  My favourite lip balm! Love the cooling feel of the peopermint and it really hydrates the lips , like putting lip gloss on but not sticky. Tin is quite small but a little goes a long way. Will be repurchasing when mine runs out.

  My gift pack arrived promptly and beautifully packed. Each salve came in a nice little tin together a helpful leaflet about the Ilex Wood's range of products. The packaging was all recyclable and I am using the tins for all my odds and ends afterwards.

  What can I say other than I Love The Ilex Wood. Orders always arrive very quickly, much speedier than other on line retailers I use. The products are packaged in environmentally friendly material NO PLASTIC 😀 Best of all though are the products, they all smell lovely, are pleasant to use and really work. I’m a lady of a certain age and also suffer from hand eczema and Psoriasis. The cleansing balm, facial serum and balm have done wonders for my complexion and The Calendula salve and Boo Boo balm soothe my itchy and cracked skin. The Ilex Wood is my skin saviour, but it also feels like I’m using very high end (and much more expensive) spa products. They smell amazing too. Try them they are well worth it .

  Great, speedy delivery. Came well packaged and in great condition. It arrived much earlier than I was expecting so I was pleasantly surprised. Very helpful seller who went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with the product. I didn't have any issues with my order but I imagine if I did the seller would deal with them swiftly and professionally.
