When ordering there is an up to 6weeks delivery which is fine as it's mentioned when ordering however the delivery was held up for several weeks on top of the original 6 weeks & their communication with me was very poor. I had to chase up where the item was before being informed it had been held up & would be 10 more working days before being dispatched. I then had to contact them again as 10 days went by & no dispatch notification. Responses from customer service were quick however I do feel that they should be making contact with customers when they are aware of delays etc as this would've been much better customer service in my opinion. To order an item in September & not receive it until Novemeber with only the postage reimbursed & without any proactive customer service will make me consider whether I would purchase again.

Please accept our apologies that your item arrived 3 weeks later than initially advised. Unfortunately are system is not set up to extract specific orders which have a small delay. It is something that we are working on and hope to have a satisfactory solution when we change computer systems next year. We hope you are happy with your new washbasin
