Verified reviewHaving just finished building a new house, we were in the market for a number of pieces of new furniture and bought from both Tikamoon and Cotswold, with which we had quite different experiences. Tikamoon's customer service team is much more responsive and has a direct line to their production team, answering questions quickly and was able to provide detailed product info requested. We found the furniture from Tikamoon to be finished to a higher standard (having a number of issues with Cotswold furniture that result in follow-on contact and part refunds or missing items sent out - zero such issues with Tikamoon). Tikamoon wins over every time and I have no hestitation in recommending.

Verified reviewThis seems like a very weather-proof and sturdy table, which was quite easy and quick to assemble. The Chairs came already assembled. I shall probably try to cover the table in the winter for extra protection but it seems more robust than other wooden tables I've bought from the likes of Homebase......albeit considerably more expensive. I suppose you get what you pay for. Finally, there is a large amount of packaging, so I would recommend paying the small extra fee for the delivery men to take it all away. I did have to remind them that I'd paid for this since they seemed all set to leave after they'd delivered to my garden!

Verified reviewThe customer service has been terrible. I received an item that was faulty on arrival initially they were helpful and reimbursed us a small amount. However the faulty coating on the table has continued to deteriorate in a very short space of time with normal use. They have been unwilling to help since and are now ignoring my emails. I would not recommend this company or this product.
