  Products were nice but we didn't realise how long delivery would take - they are made to order apparently so perhaps it is to be expected. One item also arrived with a little damage which Tikamoon compensated us for but it took the shine off our purchase especially after waiting. Happy enough to use again anyway.

  delighted with our marble basin but I think the description needs to be more accurate. Was surprised that when treated the outside of the bowl developed marks of the marble. This was fine by us but a surprise!\n

  My order was processed quickly and efficiently. The console table I ordered is very good quality and fits my hallway perfectly so I have no complaints about that - very happy with my purchase. \nHowever, I wasn’t impressed with the delivery. We weren’t in, so instead of leaving instructions how to rearrange the delivery the guy took it to our nearest post office where we had to carry it all the way to our car! (We didn’t know what we were collecting).

  Furniture we ordered is good quality and worth the wait. Delivery was cancelled on the day because of illness of one man which was surprisingly dependent, but presumably unavoidable. When it arrived the next day it was delivered within the three hour window by very pleasant people. Easy to order, customer service good.

  The text at the product gave me the idea it would be a very artscrafted cupboard but it looks very fabricated with modern machines. It is not half as rustique as the pictures make it look like.Quite dissappointed in it.

  The console table was as advertised and is small but well proportioned. I had no problems with the finish, no chips or missing parts. It is a deep colour and looks black against my other furniture. Slightly larger gap on the left hand side of the draw, than the right, but other than that it’s perfect as a small accent piece and worth the price. I’m very pleased with it.

  I telephoned as I had a few questions regarding what I was going to order. The receptionist was excellent and answered all my concerns. The suspended teak bathroom unit is beautiful. I also ordered a teak mirror to match the suspended unit unfortunately it was a bit darker than the unit however my daughter was able to lighten the mirror it looks great in her en-suite. The furniture is very good quality. I would recommend this company to others.\n

  Delivery was quicker than estimated and the item was different to any we have seen and the images were accurate so exactly what we were looking for. \nWe telephoned Tikamoon to check on delivery and they were very helpful.\nLiked the fact that on my Paypal it said we had bought from TICKET TO THE MOON which if intentional is a nice touch.\nWould definitely recommend Tikamoon to others.

  Product great so far, looks good quality and stylish but at a fab price. I only gave four stars as it was quite a few weeks between ordering and having the table delivered. Also there were 3 screws/bolts missing so we couldn’t put it together fully. Rang *** straight away and they were very efficient and we will hopefully receive the new screws in approx 10 days. Thank you.
