Verified reviewThe product itself is lovely and very good quality. However, the delivery partners were the most unprofessional, unhelpful people I have ever encountered and have put me off ordering from here again. Despite notifying them as part of the order / delivery process that the flat was on the 4th floor and that it was likely the product wont fit in the lift as it is a small newbuild, they sent two individuals who definitely couldnt carry the product up (their policy has a maximum 3 floor delivery approach). What made the whole thing even more frustrating is that these individuals could barely communicate in English and they were aggressive in their approach. I had a builder working on a neighbours flat step in and offer to help me because he was really annoyed to see them talk to me the way they did. In the end, the delivery team refused to take the product to the flat citing health concerns (which, I totally understand but surely notifying them about the challenges would warrant them sending more people to actually get the product through the door). I had to sign for delivery on the ground floor and they just drove off (or risk further delays which after 13 weeks of waiting, I was less keen to do). I then had neighbours builders and other local handy men to help with delivering the unit to our flat. Will never order from them again after this horrendous experience - shame because we love the unit itself.

We understand how frustrating it must have been after a 13-week wait, particularly given the challenges of delivering to a fourth-floor flat. We can see that you advised the delivery company in advance that the property was on the fourth floor and that lift access was available. We appreciate you providing this information ahead of the delivery. However, as stated at the time of purchase, our delivery partner's policy is to deliver to a maximum of the second floor where there is no suitable lift available, and for items weighing over 75kg, delivery is to the ground floor only. These restrictions are in place for health and safety reasons and apply regardless of any prior notification regarding access challenges. That said, we are concerned by your comments regarding the professionalism and conduct of the delivery team. We expect all delivery personnel to treat our customers with courtesy and respect at all times, and we're sorry to hear that this was not your experience. Thank you! The irony is the delivery ultimately happened via the lift! The workers who stepped in to help were able to fit it in. The delivery team you sent were beyond rude, quite sexist and just did not want to actually get the job done. Shame because it left an awful taste and really made me think twice about using tikamoon. We love the product though and it was exactly what we needed !

Verified reviewThe shopping experience overall is good. We were a bit disappointed with the item though as the wood stain was unevenly applied which is fairly obvious even from a distance. One of the metal lock panels on the front was not put on straight. Gain, it’s fairly obvious. Given the prices I would hope for a better finish. However we needed the item and didn’t have time to arrange a return. The delivery was ok (polite/short delivery slot time etc) but we paid the extra money for the delivery drivers to unpack, inspect the item and then take away the packaging but when they arrived it was clear they didn’t want to and were resistant when we queried this so we didn’t get that service.

Verified reviewDelivery was stated at around 6 weeks however it was closer to 12 weeks with little to no explanation or compensation. When the item finally arrived, we were shocked to find it was laminated plywood and not solid wood as advertised. When we spoke to customer service about this, they explained this as keeping descriptions 'simple' for customers and that this information was available on request. We did receive a refund on our shipping and a small discount of £150 on the item after we repeatedly complained. After waiting so long for the item for a bathroom fitting that was already delayed, we felt we did not have a choice to accept this but feel that had we had the honest information about shipping delay and the fact that the item was not made out of solid wood we would have never made the purchase in the first place. We have since researched the item and found it is manufactured in India at a tiny fraction of the cost it was sold for. Would never buy from here again.

Verified reviewI was asked to review this and wasn't sure I should because I am not having the best of times with Tikamoon and have started to question the quality of their products and how effective their Customer Service actually is. I am now awaiting delivery of my third sink which started when a concrete sink I bought one year ago fell apart. As I was unable to work with the Tikamoon warranty process which is, they will only replace faulty goods when they receive it back, and then replace it with another. So to avoid this crap and all the plumber costs that would be involved here I purchased another sink which was a lot more expensive and I assumed would be better quality than the concrete one and after many emails and deliberation Tikamoon offered 50 pounds to cover the additional plumbers costs. I asked them to cover the delivery charges also seeing that I had spent a lot more money and they refused. Anyway this new sink arrives and its actually quite badly cracked and so again more phone calls and I await its replacement and despite telling them that I am going away they still ship it. So replacement on its way and nobody will be here to take delivery and seems to me nobody at Tikamoon listens to customers. Had thought about buying products from them for a renovation we are working on but thats not going to happen now.

The item has now been delivered and I arranged for a nieghbour to take delivery. It will not be checked over until I return next month.
