Verified reviewThe first delivery we took was completely destroyed , which Tikamoon replaced but total delivery time was around 2 months in the end. The unit we bought is a nice chunk of wood but the build quality and attention to detail is poor. The finish is lackluster which is a same as a nice oil would have made the acacia pop as opposed to a lacquer finish. The cupboard doors aren't hung right and rub, the hinges have been fitted poorly and seem to be poor quality as they were bent on arrival. Overall wouldn't recommend and not worth the money

Verified reviewI ordered the Jules TV cabinet which is a lovely product that suited my need entirely. Unfortunately my experience was coloured by the delivery from BJS whose delivery people were surly and unhelpful. I paid for unpacking and removal of packaging, but they were reluctant to unpack and left the pakaging for me to dispose of. Tikamoon - if you want a consistently high satisfaction score ditch BJS and work with a better carrier.

I don’t think the item I received would meet anyone’s expectations. Three faults on one item is effectively a second and it should not have been dispatched in that condition. A satisfactory replacement does not make up for hours of my life that I can’t get back wasted on repackaging and waiting for couriers.

Verified reviewTikamoon is expensive, let's just get that up front and centre. There are many other solid wood vendors of varying quality but mostly they're all cheaper. Having said that, Tikamoon has regular discounts and sales and is a good experience. Organising the delivery was very easy, the delivery itself was smooth and careful. The packaging did have some external damage but the furniture was packaged so well that this in no way had affected the contents. I was very satisfied with the whole process start to finish.
