Quick and easy to buy from. Fast delivery although they weren’t allowed to open the packaging to take out drawers to help get it up the stairs so we had to have the delivery left on the wrong floor and deal with moving it to the right place ourselves.

Verified reviewWe love the quality of the furniture BUT we had a problem with the TV unit, the doors were lopsided and uneven, this was very noticeable as the doors had fancy lockinging plates, we had a problem as we had selected premium delivery and they took the packaging- it took of back and fro with Tikamoon- in the end we had to get a carpenter to realign the doors, they stated that there multiple holes inside meaning they had obviously had an issue with them, due to Tikamoon not being able to send a new unit until October we had to accept a discount- the shelfs inside were also missing screws to hold them up- we are still waiting for these....... This is not the first time I have bought from them, felt very disappointed in the fact that we were promised a new unit and had confirmation and then a week later was told unit was now out of stock, meaning we had to accept a frankly small compensation or store a big unit( with no space or packaging) - The lopsided doors were very obvious and noticeable in a expensive unit that is the centrepiece of our lounge- It looks beautiful fixed - but the back and fro was not good-

Verified reviewThese drawers are very good quality. The wood is a lovely rich walnut which I'd describe as chocolate brown. I have it as a contrast against a light oak panelled wall. The drawers open easily but are a bit loud due to the wooden track but that's to be expected. The wood is unvarnished so has a matt appearance. There is a raised trim around the top so if you're worried about water stains it'd be very easy to put some glass or stone on the top. It arrived on time to the UK and extremely well packaged. It was more expensive than my usual purchases but I wanted something of good quality that will last and that's exactly what I got. I'm very happy.

Verified reviewPaid way to much for a product that had issues. i.e. a door hanging off its hinges. The wax i bought to apply a finish on the furniture was broken and leaking heavily. still hasn't been replaced and that was over a week ago.
