Verified reviewThe product was perfect - as described on the website. Delivery disappointing. Very large product dropped in the room of choice. However I am a single elderly lady and the guys absolutely refused to help me to unpack. I was unable to move the unit and the delivery guys said ‘speak to the retailer - it’s not our problem’. I had to wait for two weeks with unit still boxed up before I could get anyone to help.

Verified reviewSo easy to order, items arrived quickly and the delivery booking and delivery itself was amazingly easy Only negative is the significant use of non-recyclable polystyrene and plastic sheeting. Appreciate the items need to be protected but nowhere in London will recycle these plastics and I felt awful sending it all to landfill.

Verified reviewWe ordered two items and were really impressed with customer service and delivery team. However the items were extremely heavy and we struggled to get them out of the box. Maybe post pandemic they can consider getting the delivery team to help unwrap the items. We loved the products and can see it’s really good quality. Unfortunately the doors were not hung completely straight and we decided to send back the sideboard. Dealing with tikamoon customer service was amazing. They sorted out a return and refund very quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Verified reviewCustomer Service was excellent and everybody is very friendly. Product was disappointing as it was damaged so I’m not able to give great rating at the moment until I receive a replacement which I have to wait quite a long time for.

The delivery was quick and well organised the company called me to let me know they was on the way and confirmed date. Unfortunately even though it was so beautiful I didn’t keep the item and the returns progress was so quick and easy and again it was all communicated fantastic service and company will be shopping here again.

Verified reviewI purchased the Alma metal mesh Wardrobe after 12 months of deliberating. The delivered article had a bent leg and a faulty latch plus the packaging smelt appalling. Replacement was delivered within 10 days in packaging that smelt equally disgusting.
