Verified reviewTook the money, told the item was dispatched and then when I emailed to ask where it was they sent an email to say they couldn’t deliver as we are in Northern Ireland - three weeks after taking the order and money

Thank you for your review. Your order was accepted in our system as you entered your delivery address as UK Mainland. There is no option to select Northern Ireland as your delivery destination. Please note we suspended our services at the start of the year.

Verified reviewWaited 6 weeks for a vanity to be delivered, only to be sent a very poor quality, damaged item that was not worth the money. Sadly no replacement for another 6 week wait (which we could not do with builders on site to fit it) so had to try and repair what we had. Sad as the website made it look so lovely. Customer services were however fast and apologetic and offered a part refund

Our production team are constantly reviewing and improving our packaging to reduce transportation damage, so we are very disappointed to see that your washstand has arrived damaged. As these items are handcrafted overseas, there can be a long lead to receive new stock once sold out
