Verified reviewI know it was COVID-19, it took a very long time to get our order. There are a few nocks but I can fix them. This is the third piece one to go to furnish our sitting room, lovely shesham wood delivery good in and out no problem.

Verified reviewThis was our second order within a couple of months. The first order we received was slightly damaged ( scratched on one side and doors misaligned) and had some screws / bolts missing. Because of how long we waited we decided to keep the product and accept a financial gesture from Tikamoon. When our second product(s) arrived 4 months later, we were again dissapointed to find that one of the mirrors was broken. As we had ordered a matching pair to create a specific feature, it meant that both mirrors had to be returned. whilst there was no issue with Tikamoon with regards to the refund , we are back to square one four months on having to start to search for another product . Whilst Tikamoon handled the refund well, the packaging and delivery of the items were wholly inadequate , particulalrly considering the distance they have travelled from.

Thank you for your comments. Please accept our apologies that your items did not arrive in a perfect condition. Our production team are constantly researching and delveloping ways to enhance the protection for our mirrors, however, it will always be challenging to send glass items with couriers.

Verified reviewThis rating is purely on customer service. You cannot get through to this company so if you have an issue, don’t expect a resolution. The delivery company however was great, but that was an external company and that’s not what this review is for!

Verified reviewBeautiful on the outside but on closer inspection once we were ready to install, it was all damaged on the inside and the workmanship was pretty poor. Delivery was just AWFUL.. £50 something and they wouldn't even take it upstairs. useless. not ordering again
