Verified reviewItem arrived damage. I choose Tikamoon for Quality. I purchased a tv Stand costing over £700. Tikamoon refunded me £300 for a carpenter to repair the numberus faults. In the end I paid £110 more to the carpenter from my own pocket. The whole experience including delivery was not worth it in the end. I was unable to send the stand back be the box was damaged upon opening. I am disabled it was not possible for me to box it back again.

Many thanks for your honest review. We are sorry to hear that your unit arrived with damage. We can see from your images that the unit arrived with a couple of scratches and one of the drawers would not fully close. Our customer service team always takes into account the damage on the unit, and the inconvenience of receiving a damaged unit and will offer a fair compensation. We are sorry to see that you are not happy with a £300 refund for this damage. Please kindly note that we will always collect a unit, and can work around damaged packaging. The customer service team had organised a replacement unit for a delivery and collection, and we can see that you cancelled the order and decided to keep your original unit.

Thank you for your message. I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. One of the table legs were also shorter than the others. All the legs had to be cut to size. The carpenter added £110 extra. Yes I received £300 however this was to cover the cost of damage. I was clearly told via phone and email that to return the item, it must be in it original packaging and ready to be picked up and returned. Due to my disability I was unable to do this. This is why I agreed to the £300 to get the table repaired. I spent so much money on something I had to fix and no fault of mine. I am very disappointed.
