Verified reviewLovely website with beautiful pieces of furniture, unfortunately my delivery arrived damaged. Tikamoon offered me a few options and whilst I was disappointed it was damaged they resolved the matter quickly and satisfactorily. The delivery seems expensive but the delivery team were super friendly and very helpful, and I wasn’t waiting in all day as they gave me a delivery window and called me before they got there. I would definitely order again from this company.

Verified reviewI can only praise this company, items were dispatched on or before advertised lead times (cotswold company take note) we ordered several items as we were unsure what would look right in our room & all returns were dealt with very quickly & competently by the customer service team. The only negative I have to comment on is that 2 of the items were delivered damaged however I think were were just a little unfortunate. Would highly recommend using this company
