Verified reviewThe site was easy to navigate and the description and photos match exactly what I ordered. Due to a slow internet connection, I did accidentally order the same item twice, but I emailed customer services to explain and they cancelled the duplicate order and refunded immediately, sending confirmation by email. Great customer service thanks. Communication from the delivery team was excellent and very efficient.

Verified reviewThe Mindi double cabinet was beautiful, unfortunately it was too imposing for the space I had envisioned it. Tikamoon offers easy returns and refunds so go ahead and order, you won’t be disappointed. (Oh and we purchased the easy solid oak and ceramic vanity cabinet a couple of years ago and it’s superb)

Verified reviewThe item was delivered on time and there were no issues from the delivery guys bringing it up a spiral staircase-they were very friendly. I checked the items on the spot and they waited-they were immaculately delivered. They even took away the outdoor box so even less hassle for me to dispose of.
