Verified reviewOn opening the packaging, a shard of glass was protruding from the item on which I badly cut myself. It was long and sharp and looked like it could have been packing for so I grabbed it to remove it and tore through my finger which some weeks later is still tender.

Verified reviewThe item itself is incredible. However dimensions on the website were inaccurate and delivery arrangements were poor. We had a slot from 7am, however I got a text at 8.30 to tell me they forgot to load it on the delivery van. The timings of that made no sense. Customer service for redelivery were helpful. Customer service around the dimensions issue basically didn’t even acknowledge the same problem!
