Verified reviewWatch arrived with a defect. It took three emails to get someone to answer. The person I dealt with was very nice, helpful and polite, and a replacement was organised, but it took a bit of chasing up, and the replacement watch arrived from France, meaning that Customs Duty and handling fees were applied. I don't have issue with paying what's due for importing, but it seemed a bit unfair having to deal with that for a replacement of an item that should have been quality checked first time. The replacement watch I got back is beautiful, so they do have a good stock. All in all a mixed bag of an experience. Nice watches, nice staff, but it's not worth the hassle to have to chase replacements and deal with shipping.

Verified reviewI have recently left a review on another site, however, this seems to have been removed which leads me to scoring TimeByMe even lower!! In short, prepare for unexpected costs when buying from here. 2 months after receiving my purchase, I receive an invoice from the delivery company requesting I pay an additional £46 for customs charges. Nowhere is this stated in the terms and conditions provided by TimeByMe. When being offered ‘free shipping’ as stated on the site, that’s exactly what I expected - you can imagine my shock at this extra cost which isn’t exactly a small sum - especially to some. As for the product itself it’s honestly a nice watch. It’s a lot bigger than what I thought it would be, which, personally, I thought gave it a tacky look - however, everyone’s tastes are different and no doubt some will absolutely love it! I’ll be sure to figure out dimensions when next buying a watch. It is only fair that I mention the great customer service - I didn’t receive an order confirmation after my purchase which is worrying considering the money spent (this really needs to be addressed) but after contacting customer service. I had a prompt response, putting me instantly at ease. All in all, if buying from the UK I’d look elsewhere - the ‘savings’ you think you’re making, well, you’re not! You will absolutely find a watch just as beautiful in the UK with actual free shipping! I’m sure you can tell I’ve had a bad taste left in my mouth from my experience and my previous review being removed hasn’t helped - I feel customers need to know what to expect! Hopefully this review remains and it helps a few people :)

I must say, I’m completely impressed by the customer service at TimeByMe! If all organisations ran the way this company do - we would all have enjoyable and memorable shopping experiences. It turns out that TimeByMe were unaware of any costs issued to me, which, if I’m honest has left me quite embarrassed. I may have too eagerly assumed that I had been taken advantage of! My sincerest apologies to all at TimeByMe!! If you plan to purchase from this business, please rest assured that you will receive outstanding service by a team who make you feel like a valued customer. Understandably you may be wary of this company if you’re buying from the UK, considering TimeByMe is based in France (I was initially), however, after my experience, I would urge you to take your business here. Verified reviewTime By Me's pricing information is inaccurate. No where on the website does it state that the product is being shipped from France and will incur additional charges on delivery by the courier. Even after reading their terms and conditions it does not highlight this issue. I was drawn in by a cheaper price online only to have to pay an additional £45 upon delivery. Be careful this doesn't happen to you.
