Verified reviewBit concerned at first as didn’t get a confirmation email for order but after emailing day after got a quick reply. Good delivery service but had to pay additional £48 for shipping.on the whole good service and I hope hubby loves his watch for his special birthday.

Verified reviewOrdered watch, watch didn’t arrive, sent email to find out where it was and quickly had reply they couldn’t trace it, had apology and offer of refund or send another watch, I chose to to have another watch, had another email to keep me updated and was offered a discount for delay, watch arrived well packaged. Problems happen, how they’re dealt with matters and in this case, excellent.
