Verified reviewThe description of the product was not true at all, in this case l ordered a roller bag but I’d received a bag without wheels. And the support did nothing to solve the problem, they could at least offer to pay back the delivery costs if I sent the product back. I consider this as fraud. Don’t recommend tradeinn and will never buy anything from them or the sister sites ever again!

Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture). Verified reviewThe order was processed in good time and arrived in good condition. However, trading did not pay full postage and I had to pay an extra £ 20 ! This made a reasonably priced item an expensive item so I would not use them again.
