Delivery OK but table delivered upside down. A nightmare to erect as instructions had not passed any usability test. Took five hours to erect! Some missing steps and no text describing why something had to fitted in a particular way. Video out of date. For example no wheel brake is provided any more. No instructions how to unlock table!

Needed to make a repair to my table tennis table and used the website to locate the parts. Parts arrived but without the fixtures so I asked for help and was emailed within the hour the instructions and I could easily locate the parts I needed. I've made the repairs and the table is working well again!

This company is excellent with sorting and speed but unfortunately didn't recognise I needed to small parts replacing meaning I had to place a second order for the additional missing part. However very quickly remedied. Very friendly. I love my table.
