Verified reviewWell the table was good and i guess almost reasonably priced for the quality however they completely ruined a great customer experience for a few simple reasons... 1- adding annoying terms to the assembly AFTER its purchased. 2- saying the assembly takes an hour or more (and charging accordingly) when it took less than 30 minutes 3- insisting on assembling in kitchen bc it was raining slightly - which was okay in itself but they initially looked for reasons not to do it. 4- refusing to put the cover on that id purchased before taking it back outside of my kitchen. Quoting some jobsworth type conditions or rules why "they weren't allowed" You know the usual british terms and conditions rubbish. 5- a nice touch would have been to take away the box having purchased the product with assembly included but no they "not allowed " to that either. Im sure they'll quote all reasonable reasons for the above but the point of this review is they asked me for a review of how to help them in future with great customer experience and the above is an honest way they could i.e. by not having deliverers acting in a jobsworth manner OR not giving those people rules that simply downgrade the customer experience.

Verified review600X outdoor table purchased. Bought additional fitting. Took the day off work to allow this when instructed. Table delivered but without fitting. Contacted a few days later and was told it should of been completed in one visit, had to take further time off to facilitate a second. Wasted both yours and my time. Taken the excitement away from the birthday present due to the extra weeks to get sorted.

Delivery slot is poor - we waited in all day and the drivers only turned up in the evening 40 minutes after the window was supposed to close - no steer at all when they'd come. Presumably they get delayed assembling tables for those who have paid for that option, but the overall service experience was a bit poor.

Verified reviewUnfortunately the net I bought was the wrong size and wouldn’t fit my cornilleau outdoor table tennis table. Update: after posting a review here they contacted me to recommend the correct net which I have now ordered. Changing review up from 1 to 2 stars.
