  The website was easy to use, with a simple and straight forward ordering procedure. Post-order communication was good, and tracking information was available throughout the delivery process. Also, our order was delivered on the day originally estimated at order stage, and at the time indicated by the carrier. Overall, a very impressive service, at a difficult time for both countries. I would definately recommend this company to anyone.

  Bought as a present for this Christmas, I cannot comment on their use. However I did a lot of research to find the best, which your set met. The recipients had seen them in use at Plumber Manor, Dorset and commented that 'If it's good enough for Plumber Manor, then it's going to be good enough for us'! I think that says it all and I am pleased to make them as a gift.

  Excellent service great people. I have been dealing with Peugeot for years ordering a new set of grinders every couple of months and always get great service. Although this may be slowing down now that I find out that they are refillable, I might be able to get 6-12 months out of a set. Thank you for telling me this.

  Been working with this brand for the last 3 years and never had the problem with the mechanism reason why i bought a set for personal use. Just avoid placing them next to moisture places otherwise they'll start cracking with time, as with everything, if you treat it with care it'll last.

  I received my order damaged, with most of the mills scratched and broken. Although I have send photos of the packing and of the actual product, the company doesn't accept to give compensation but they want the actual product to be sent back to them. Really disappointed for my order of 400 euro.

  Hello, We are very sorry about this bad delivery experience. As explained by our customer service we offered you free replacement products (and even sent you a pre paid shipping label). However, please understand that we need damaged products back in order to do so. We totally understand that those products were for a specific occasion and we tried to do our best to get this problem solved as quickly as possible.   I found the site a bit confusing and, as a consequence, ordered the wrong thing. I emailed immediately but was not answered for a few days by which time the wrong item had been dispatched. Thereafter, however, they did say I could send the item back once I had received it. It took 7 days to arrive - this could have been quicker.

  The order process was fairly smooth, although first time round I got an error message after payment, but it did not explain what the reason was, therefore an explanation would help in such cases. Also, I didn't receive a message/call in the morning of the day they delivered my order. I think that is usually a helpful.

  Easy ordering process. Item delivered in a timely fashion. The box containing the product was open as the seal had come unstuck, although the contents were undamaged. A very good product as this was my second purchase of the same item so my satisfaction with the product speaks for itself. You need to shop around for pricing though as they can vary wildly although they were reasonable on the website and even better if you can find a discount code. Lifetime guarantee gives some idea of the confidence Peugeot Saveurs places on the mechanics of the mills. Recommended.

  I've bough the Paris salt mill, took 20 days to ship it and it was broken day 1 with included salt. Return process is awful. Don't buy on their website

  Unfortunately not a good buying experienced. if you are in the UK I would not recommend buying from the french site as if there is a problem according to their customer services they do not provide pre-paid carrier labels to return your faulty products to France. You have to cover this yourself and then claim the money back from them - if I had known this I would not have bought from this site

  My order just came today. It took some time for it to arrive which is understandable during this troublesome covid19 virus' time) as all the logistic and postal services in Europe seem to be overloaded. But as it arrived today, my tiny 2 piece set of salt and pepper mill with antique finish, I am happy. 😊 They seem to be excellent and worth waiting. I am sure that I will order kitchen /cookery tools some time later again, since I love both quality and tradition that Peugeot Saveurs are about.
