  My account keeps getting locked out. I have contacted them a few times through their website but it takes a week or so for a response. That's when they do respond. Very poor customer service for the prices they charge.

  Love the products by this company - i have bought several cookware dishes and salt/ pepper mills from them over the years. The dishes look good, cook well and clean easily,Just wish the web site noted if a product was not in stock. However the company were quick to email and the wait was only a few days, Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

  Really love the salt grinder - bought after seeing how lovely the pepper grinder was. The refill funnel is so much better than I have ever used and I love the warmth of the wood colour. Excellent purchase.

  The site had more detail about inside dimensions of the dish than other sites which made it easier to compare products. Delivery was a couple of weeks to Canada and even with the shipping cost the dish was comparable to in price with local purchases but the quality and features were much better.

  Item didn't arrive in perfect conditions. 1 of the items has a few scratches on them and the other has half the Peugeot logo missing. Also the salt mill was not properly sealed and at arrival half the salt had spilled inside the package

  Salt and pepper Paris mills arrived particularly filled with condiments. Salt mill doesn’t work. It feels I got someone’s reject sent. Contacted Peugeot for advice twice with no response . Would not expect faulty items and such bad service from this company. Extremely disappointed.

  I'm afraid that I have still not received my order. This is because the driver from Parcel Force UK gave my package to a passer-by who claimed to be a neighbour but who in fact wasn't and simply walked of with the parcel.   The site is very intuitive and made it easy to find what I wanted. When I had selected an item and went to pay, a message came up to say if I spent only a small amount more I wouldn't need to pay postage, which although an up-sell was quite easy to choose another of the great products. The shopping cart section was also simple and quick to use with a good level of information throughout.

  The parcel arrived over a week late. It was intended as a christmas present but arrived on the 29/12. There were obviously troubles at the borders, so I understood delays, but the communication could have been better. When I contacted to ask if it was likely to be delayed till after Christmas so I would work out whether to get a replacement present I heard nothing back, later receiving a standard parcel update after it had not turned up saying, it is still on its way, with no specifics. I also was not totally happy with the product - it is a great item, well made, but the finish was not as displayed in the pictures which was a bit disappointing.

  This rating refers to the website and the delivery process which was most efficient. The products themselves are a Christmas present, so as yet, they are un-tested. However, product reviews were most encouraging, which is why I placed the order.

  The worst service I have ever come across. I ordered a £100 champagne bucket but was sent the wrong item (a sommelier set) worth about £40. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. Tried contacting customer services. Constant engaged or when it rings, no one answers. Sent several emails to chase correct order or refund, all have been ignored. Finally got through to someone on Facebook said they would pass my question on but still haven't heard anything. Bitterly disappointed. Avoid. Avoid.
