  The product is amazing. Very high quality, it will definitely last for years. The only thing is that the size is misleading in the sense that it doesn’t hold as much pepper as it looks like it would. The upper portion has to hold the motor and battery components. I use mine everyday and I get about 5-7 days when full of peppercorns.

  A bunch of liars with the worst customer service. * They DO NOT fast ship anything. I received an email 2 days after I placed my order telling me that it shipped. After A WEEK of not getting a tracking number I contacted them and they told me that (what a coincidence) the order was "ready to be shipped" that very same day. * After realizing that they lied, I asked for the cancelation of the order and they stopped replying. * It's been over 2 weeks and the order still has not arrived and there's no tracking information in my account. * To the date I still have not received the order, I still have no idea when it will arrive and still don't know if I've been scammed or not because they won't reply to my emails. PLEASE do not buy here.

  Customer Service, inquiries from Peugeot was great but in my case their default freight company could not be used and UPS had to be used instead. UPS was totally horrible as far as their tracking, updates, and the package actually ended up in my local post office instead of the UPS depot in our town where it was clearly addressed to be shipped to.
