  Ordered a small ,red salt and Peppermill set. The salt mill arrived after about 2 days without the Pepper mill and I was worried that the order was erroneously dispatched, but decided to wait it out and see if the pepper mill would arrive. It arrived some 10 days later. The quality of the set is impeccable and I really love the post office red

  Delivery took longer than expected as it got held up awaiting payment of taxes. I then got a letter from parcel force informing me that I had to pay over £55 for the items to be released from customs! Stupidly perhaps, I had not realised the items were coming from France nor that such charges would be incurred. An expensive mistake!

  The product is excellent and was navigated through Customs well. Sadly there were problems with delivery because I did not know when to expect and I was out. No card was put through my door so I didn't know anyone had called. The Peugeot website said the package had been returned to the depot but there was no information as to how I could contact the depot. It ends happily: I sent a message via the website and there was a speedy response with the information I needed. I was able to collect the package from the Post Office today. I believe the fault lies with ParcelForce for failing to put a card through my door but it would have helped to know when to expect the package.

  All sorted now. The problem originated from the UK delivery. When they tried to deliver them, I wasn’t in so they took the parcel to my local post office. However, they failed to leave a card to let me know where to collect!!. I’ve now received the Salt and Pepper pots and they are fabulous. Excellent quality and very robust. I can’t fault your product.

  The Daman shakers ordered are nice and feel of good quality. BUT, the magnetic top on the pepper shaker came off in shipping (no tape on it like the salt one also ordered.) And they ship with pepper in them 🤦🏼‍♀️, so pepper all over the box and small flecks of pepper ended up in a crevasse that I can’t clean because of way they are made and fused together. So i contacted the company on their site and 1 they couldn’t find my order and 2. Told me to deal with the distributor I got them from… which is THEM, Peugeot! So far not happy customer. I hope they can resolve my issue but so far no answer back after I sent a 2nd message to them.

  I ordered 2 mills. One is working fine, but the other arrived damaged. After Peugeot agent requested multiple photos and information, they have not responded to multiple follow-up messages, and after more than a month I still do not have a mill in good order. My messages requesting an update go ignored. Very poor experience with customer service here.

  I eventually received my order of pottery and the quality is great, however after spending nearly £300 plus VAT. I am still being hounded by Fedex for £144, Peugeot seem unwilling to get involved and offered the French VAT back which is £52 pound, so out of pocket by nearly £100 I have sent dozens of emails and still no answer. Shame on Peugeot and Fedex. I have waited many weeks before leaving this review and get no satisfaction, I am hoping to stimulate a positive outcome.

  I have not had a reply from Peugeot yet, I am now having threats from Fedex they will be appointing a dept recovery agency if this is not paid, £144 to fedex. My goods from Peugeot £293.   I found the navigation on the website absolutely fine, slightly confused maybe with French words suddenly appearing but not a big issue. Delivery was incredibly quick and I was massively surprised that I had my order after only 4 days! They kept me well informed when they shipped it and when they thought it would arrive- really good from start to finish!

  I have tried so many peper mills and none of them was good enough. I finally decided to get the best of the bread and stop fooling around. Chapeau for Peugeot, nothing mills peper or salt like a Peugeot. The 6 settings are perfection. So, do not waste money on any other brands, get the Peugeot, any type any size will do the work every single time.

  There are security problems with payment. The shipment should be delivered in few days, but arrived after 1 month and goods are in bad condtion. They look as used before. After 2 weeks I did not receive reply to my email. I will avoid your company in the future because I have never seen so terrible services in my life.

  Pepper mill all good however the packaging it was shipped in was not structured, so the package arrived bashed up. Shame as it’s a Christmas gift and won’t be able to use the original box.

  Poor design and assembly. Screws pulled out the first time I tried to use it. The twist operation to lock the top on to the body is too stiff, and exerts strong stresses which will probably split the plastic before too long. I hope their cars are better built.
